Not all side effects of drugs like adderal is bad or serious but they should be looked at and considered nonetheless. The Thing about side effects is that the amount of drugs you are consuming can have a huge part to play. Obviously the more adderal you consume the more side effects one can expect to experience.

There are a number of different types of side effects that can occur with types of drugs like adderal such as loss of appetite, irritability, anxiety and even difficulty sleeping. These would be the most common side effects of adderal but stomach aches and headaches can be experienced as well. I am not a doctor and do not want you to take this as medical advice since I am not qualified to give such advice but your doctor is and you should run these concerns by him or her and they will be able to give you a legal opinion on what side effects adderal can produce and how to deal with them.

If you child shows lack of appetite during the day do not worry as it seems to be gotten back by dinner time. Be sure you do provide access to food for your child if they do develop an appetite between the normal meal times. After all, your child has no real control of the side effects caused by drugs such as adderal and should be given every opportunity to be comfortable.

Difficulty falling asleep, also called insomnia can be experienced by individuals taking medications like adderal and can be combated a few different ways. Lowering the amount of adderal the child takes is one way to try to eliminate the insomnia and so is adding a different type of medication to the mix. These methods should only be done after consulting with your qualified doctor.

There are good side effects of drugs like adderal which are that the drugs tend to work. This is usually the desired effect but the parents often take the wrong things from the results. When the child is beginning to do better in school and personal relationships the parents credit the adderal for getting rid of the ADHD. This is not fair since the adderal will only take care of ADHD symptoms but no the problems itself. The parent must realize that just because the child is sitting still and paying more attention to the lessons at hand the drugs, specifically adderal, will not make the child smarter or educate them in any way. The care taken in any other child education must also be given to those children on drugs to help curb the symptoms of ADHD.

Adderal combined with loving family and therapy can help your child lead a normal life. Ask any doctor and they will tell you that there is more to a child than their ADHD, all they need is the right tools and the correct guidance, and maybe a drug like adderal, and they can be happy and productive. Do your research as a parent and let your child have the benefit of your knowledge. My brother survived ADHD, with the help of adderal, to be a very successful adult and so can your kid.
